  • Provide a photocopy of the photo/information page of your Canadian passport
  • For non-Canadian citizens, provide a photocopy of their permanent resident cards (front and bank) or study/work permit
  • Provide the original document to be notarized and authenticated

To have your Single Status Statutory Declaration notarized and authenticated, you need to:

  • Prepare your Single Status Statutory Declaration. You may utilize our services with respect to the preparation of your Single Status Statutory Declaration, which includes a translation into Chinese. If you elect to use our service to prepare the document, you will need to complete and provide us with your information form.
  • Attend at a registry and obtain a marriage search letter and provide the letter to us
