• Fill out the Application Form for Notarization or Authentication;
• Fill out the

• Provide a photocopy of the photo/information page of your Canadian passport
• For non-Canadian citizens, provide a photocopy of their permanent resident cards (front and bank) or study/work permit
• Provide the original document to be notarized and authenticated

power of attorney regarding transferring ownership of property

power of attorney regarding application for certificates/documents in China (e.g. Chinese no-criminal record certificate)
